About Our Products
-The slotting knife is made of SKDll, upper opening material hardness of HRC60 ~62degrees plus or minus 1 degree, lower opening hardness of 58 degrees, high wear resistance and long service life.
-When assembling the cutter, the lining ring between the upper cutter and the lower cutter of the slotting cutter must be well matched, and the tolerance fit clearance should be within 0.05mm. -In addition, the smoothness and parallelism of the upper and lower knives, as well as the edge shape and tooth shape of the upper knife all have certain relations, otherwise the quality of the cut cartons cannot reach the ideal effect.
