The complete corrugated board production line includes the following machines: rolling mill stand, preheater, splicer, single facer, viaduct, multi-purpose preheater and gluing machine, double bread dough machine, slitting machine, slitting and stacking Machine waiting.
 
The raw paper roll is fed into the roll stand. After being heated by the preheater and adjusting the moisture, the base paper will enter the single-sided corrugator, corrugate from this, and bond with another base paper to become a single-sided corrugated paper. Then it is conveyed through the roof bridge, reheated by the multi-layer preheater, glued by the gluing machine, and connected by the double bread machine cutting machine. Then, continuous corrugated cardboard comes out.
 
After cutting and scoring through the slitting machine, and cutting horizontally through the edge trimming machine, corrugated cardboards of different sizes are produced. Finally, these corrugated cardboards of different sizes will be stacked, calculated and sent out by the stacker.
